Sacred Sounds
Sound is one of the oldest healing tools on earth. As both particle and wave, it reaches not just the physical body but the emotional layers beneath — softening what has been held and loosening tension that words cannot touch. In a single session, your brain shifts from busy beta into deeply restorative theta. Your heart rate slows. Muscles release what they’ve been holding for weeks.
This is more than a sound bath. Beginning with SOMA Breathwork, this journey leads you into deep stillness where sound can be fully received — not just heard, but felt. Sacred instruments woven with trypnaural music guide you through different emotional and energetic states. As breath merges with vibration, energy shifts, emotions move and harmony unfolds within.
Blossoming Breath
SOMA breathwork is a complete holistic system combining ancient pranayama techniques with modern science and music technology — designed to activate the body’s own natural capacity to heal, regulate and restore.
When you breathe in rhythm with music, the nervous system shifts from stress into safety, feel-good neurochemicals flood the body, and emotional states that have been stuck for years begin to move and release. Combining rhythmic breathing, breath holds and sound to create rapid shifts in both physical and emotional states — you will leave in a high frequency, deeply energised state.
Mindful Movement
The body remembers what the mind forgets. Every unspoken truth, every unfelt emotion, every moment of stress that had nowhere to go — it lives in the body, making it heavy, dull and disconnected. Movement is one of the most direct ways to release it.
A somatic, embodied practice drawing from yoga, dance and flow, guided by music, breath and sensation. There is no right or wrong way to move — only your way. As the music guides and the breath deepens, tension dissolves and emotion finds its natural release through motion. Leaving you feeling grounded, connected and fully alive.
Peaceful Patterns
Patterns are among the oldest forms of human expression — found in every culture for millennia, from ancient Egyptian art to Celtic geometry to Indian mandalas. Drawing structured patterns is both a scientific and a meditative practice. As the hand moves through each deliberate stroke, the mind follows — quieting, focusing, and settling into a state of calm that can regulate the nervous system in as little as 15 minutes.
An easy-to-learn technique that creates beautiful, intricate images one simple stroke at a time. There are no mistakes. No artistic experience needed. Just pen, paper and the gentle rhythm of mark making — with results that are always unexpected and always beautiful.

I suffer quite badly from Cardiophobia so am always looking at different ways to make things more bearable. Obviously breatwork is a recognised tool for helping to deal with health anxiety and I do this regulary through a app. I can honestly say that being guided through the experience by Jody, with clear and calm instructions trough the techniques, in a calm and relaxing atmosphere was transformative. I plan to use the techniques I learned for a better me. In summary I could not recommend this experience enough.

I attended the Mighty Mind course last night. Jody is incredibly knowledgeable on so many aspects of the human body. Our often chaotic lives can make us stressed out/stuck. Jody presented the theory behind this including the gut-brain axis and gave very helpful advice on things to apply to thrive physically, mentally and emotionally. I feel if more people could attend these courses & apply the principles, they would be far happier and healthier whilst also reducing the demand on the already struggling, underfunded NHS for stress related issues.
A great 2 hour workshop of zendoodle and mindfulness. We were taken step by step on creating our own doodles and then creating our own tile. A very relaxing and creative experience, thank you.
