Mighty Mind
(6-12 Weeks) – Your nervous system is the foundation of everything — your focus, your mood, your energy, your resilience. When it is dysregulated, most people have no idea. They just know they feel exhausted, wired, anxious or numb — and assume that is simply how life is. It is not.
Mighty Mind gives you a clear, practical understanding of the stress response and how it affects every system in the body — from brain chemistry and sleep to immunity and inflammation. How you eat, sleep and how regulated your nervous system is directly determines how you think, feel and function — and most people are unknowingly undermining their own health through lifestyle factors entirely within their control.
From this foundation, the programme moves into practical tools — breathwork, somatic practices and evidence-based nutritional guidance — simple daily habits that make a significant and lasting difference to how you feel.

Focus & Forward
(6-12 Weeks) – When the nervous system is regulated and the body well nourished — something opens up. The mind sharpens. Clarity emerges. And the question shifts from how do I cope to what do I actually want?
Focus & Forward is built for exactly that moment. Drawing on neuroscience, functional nutrition, breathwork, meditation and mindset coaching, this module approaches mental performance from every angle. Most people are not living the life they want not because they lack ability, but because they lack clarity, direction and the tools to bridge the gap. Focus & Forward gives you all three.
From this foundation, the programme takes you through identifying your passion and purpose, dismantling limiting beliefs and building a clear, actionable plan to move forward. Not vague goal setting — but conscious life design. Supported by SOMA breathwork, meditation and daily habits that sustain focus and momentum long term.
What you will leave with: A sharper, more focused mind and a practical toolkit to maintain it. Clarity on your purpose and direction. A clear action plan — and the habits, mindset and daily practices to see it through.
Embodied Emotion
(6-12 Weeks) – Most of us live primarily in our heads. Meanwhile the body — which holds the deeper intelligence, the feeling, the truth — goes largely unheard. Over time, unprocessed emotions become stored as tension, heaviness and disconnection. We lose touch with what we feel. And when we lose touch with feeling, we lose touch with ourselves.
Embodied Emotion is a journey back into the body and the heart. Drawing on somatic practices, trauma-informed approaches, SOMA breathwork, movement and the meditative arts, this module gently guides you out of the analytical mind and into a deeper experience of feeling, presence and authentic expression. Because the body releases what the mind cannot process alone — through movement, breath and somatic practice, held tension dissolves, stuck emotion finds its natural release and aliveness is restored.
As emotional flow returns, something deeper emerges — a reconnection to passion, pleasure and the full vibrancy of being alive. For those wishing to explore this territory more deeply, a dedicated Sacred Sexuality module is available as an extension of this work.

I suffer quite badly from Cardiophobia so am always looking at different ways to make things more bearable. Obviously breatwork is a recognised tool for helping to deal with health anxiety and I do this regulary through a app. I can honestly say that being guided through the experience by Jody, with clear and calm instructions trough the techniques, in a calm and relaxing atmosphere was transformative. I plan to use the techniques I learned for a better me. In summary I could not recommend this experience enough.

I attended the Mighty Mind course last night. Jody is incredibly knowledgeable on so many aspects of the human body. Our often chaotic lives can make us stressed out/stuck. Jody presented the theory behind this including the gut-brain axis and gave very helpful advice on things to apply to thrive physically, mentally and emotionally. I feel if more people could attend these courses & apply the principles, they would be far happier and healthier whilst also reducing the demand on the already struggling, underfunded NHS for stress related issues.
A great 2 hour workshop of zendoodle and mindfulness. We were taken step by step on creating our own doodles and then creating our own tile. A very relaxing and creative experience, thank you.
