A powerful workshop day in the room, and an online wellbeing portal your team keeps using, together, or on their own.
Behind every stretched team are talented people running on empty, usually the ones carrying the most, and saying the least. Company Care teaches the principles of living well and feeling good, physically, mentally and emotionally. Not another perk nobody uses: small changes, easy to make, taught in a way that lasts.

The organisations making the biggest difference aren’t waiting for burnout to hit. They’re investing in their people now.
Practical education and feel-good practices, woven into one day, tools for life that help your team think more clearly, manage stress and perform at their best, inside the workplace and far beyond it.

A science-based session on how the nervous system, stress, sleep and daily habits shape the way we think and perform, the whole Mighty Mind programme, distilled into the room.

A fully guided breathwork journey rooted in SOMA Breathwork. The science they have just learned becomes something felt, and they leave lighter, clearer, energised.

Every participant leaves with a beautifully presented kit, and a taster month of the online portal, so the day carries on long after you have left the room.
The whole day, written down, to read in your own time or pass around.
Send me the brochureThe whole Mighty Mind programme, taught in the room: the science made simple, and the tools put straight into their hands.
Everything covered on the day opens up in full in the online portal: every module, guide and worksheet, to work through at their own pace.
A complete breathwork system combining ancient pranayama with modern neuroscience and music, and the reason people leave the day awake rather than flat.
Breath is the only automatic function in the body that is also under voluntary control. That makes it a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind, and between the body and the nervous system.
Rhythmic breathing timed to music activates the parasympathetic nervous system and creates heart coherence, heart, nervous system and brain synchronising into their most efficient functioning. The brain shifts from busy beta, through relaxed alpha, into deeply restorative theta.
The breath-hold phase triggers intermittent hypoxia, which stimulates new red blood cell production, improves mitochondrial function, lowers blood pressure and reduces inflammation. It is why people come back clear-headed and energised, not sleepy.
Rooted in SOMA Breathwork and University of Cambridge research. No experience needed. Everyone is guided from the first breath.
The day does not end when you leave the room.
Brandable to your organisation, so it lands as something the company gave them.

Two optional experiences that deepen an in-person day.

Mindfulness through creativity: drawing patterns and mandalas with breath and stillness. It gets a whole team quiet at the same time without anyone being asked to sit still and meditate, and no artistic skill is needed. It also sits inside Mighty Mind, so it carries on afterwards.

A restorative sound journey: gongs, singing bowls and chimes woven with trypnaural brainwave music that slows the brain, guiding the room into deep stillness and a full nervous-system reset. Available on away days, where there is the time and the setting to do it properly.
Both are described in full in the brochure, with the formats they fit.

She co-established the London Clinic of Nutrition, one of the UK’s first integrated functional medicine clinics and an award-winning practice that supported thousands of patients with chronic health conditions.
