Blossoming is the trading name of Blossoming Women Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15094251, registered office 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. We work from Ware, Hertfordshire. These terms apply to our website, online courses, live experiences and workplace services. By purchasing from us or using the site, you agree to them. Contact: jody@blossoming.uk.
When you buy Mighty Mind you receive personal, lifetime access to the programme and to its member library: the further programmes held inside it (Sound Sleep · The Reset, and the 10-Day Reset), the worksheets, cards, Recipe Hub, printable workbook and handouts, and future updates to any of these. “Lifetime” means the life of Mighty Mind and its library on our platform. It does not extend to separate courses we may publish in future, and if we ever retire the programme we’ll give reasonable notice.
Mighty Mind can be paid in three monthly instalments through Klarna, offered at checkout by our payment processor. If you choose it, the instalment agreement is between you and Klarna and their terms apply; we are paid in full at the time of purchase, so your access begins straight away and is not affected by the instalment schedule. The total you will pay is shown before you buy.
Some purchases give access for a fixed period rather than for life: workplace seats bought through Company Care, and the wellbeing hampers. These carry twelve months’ access from activation, renewable. Where access is time-limited we say so clearly before you buy.
Prices are shown at checkout in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment processor. Access details are sent to the email address you provide.
Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Because our courses are digital content, when you access the course within that period you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right then ends. If you haven’t accessed the course, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
For live experiences and events, the booking terms shown at the point of booking apply. If we have to cancel an event, you’ll be offered a transfer or a full refund.
Course access is personal to you. Please don’t share your login, copy, download, record or redistribute course content, or make it available to others. Each course is the product of years of work and is protected by copyright. Companies and practitioners who would like to share our programmes with their teams or clients can do so properly through our partnership options.
All content on this site and within our courses, including text, design, animations, audio, video and materials, belongs to us and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership of any content.
Our programmes, events and content are educational and designed to support general wellbeing. They are not medical or psychological treatment, and they don’t replace advice from your GP or another qualified professional. If you are pregnant, take regular medication, or are managing a physical or mental health condition, including epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions or serious respiratory conditions, which can be affected by breathwork, please speak to your doctor before taking part.
Places at live experiences are limited and allocated on booking. You take part at your own discretion and should let us know of any health conditions in advance; you’re always free to rest or step out of any practice. Details of venues, times and prices are given at the point of booking.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales.
