Gentle, trauma-informed work that brings you back to feeling — guided personally by Jody, at a pace your body sets.
And you cannot think your way back. Whatever we don’t have room to feel doesn’t disappear — it settles in the body. A tight jaw. A held breath. A heaviness with no name. You can function perfectly well like this for years. Capable, busy, coping. And quietly further and further from yourself, until you notice you don’t feel very much at all — not the hard things, and not the good ones either.
You have to feel to heal. Feel the feeling — but don’t become it. Witness it. Allow it. Release it.
Embodied Emotion is gentle, trauma-informed work that settles the nervous system — because a body that feels safe can feel again. Nothing is forced, nothing is dragged up. We build safety first, and feeling follows.
From there, breath, sound, movement and sensation wake what has been quiet for years: emotion that can finally move, expression that feels honest, sensuality and pleasure as part of wellbeing rather than an afterthought.
This is not a course to click through. It is a coaching journey guided personally by Jody, shaped around your story, your history and your pace.
You are never pushed into anything. Consent, boundaries and choice are built into every session — you set the depth, and you can stop at any point. Nothing is opened that we don’t have time to close.
Breathwork, sound and somatic practice bring a system out of fight, flight and freeze and back into safety. This is the groundwork — a regulated body is what makes real feeling possible.
Movement, voice and touch-free sensation practices reawaken what has gone quiet — not just the release of what was held, but the return of pleasure, creativity and aliveness.
If you read that list and something in you said yes.
Book a discovery callEvery journey begins with a conversation.
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation. You share what has brought you here and what you are hoping for; Jody explains how the work runs and whether it is right for you. Free, and there is no obligation afterwards.
This is close, personal work, so Jody takes on only a small number of women at a time. If it feels right for you both, you take the next place that opens — and if there is a short wait, you will know exactly where you stand.
Sessions are built around your history, your goals and the depth you want, over roughly six to twelve weeks at a pace that is entirely yours. Online from anywhere in the world, or in person in Ware, Hertfordshire.
One hour, one to one, at a pace your body sets.
Where everyone starts. Enough to settle the nervous system, learn the core practices and feel the first real shift.
Time to go past the first opening — where held emotion really begins to move and expression comes back.
The complete arc. For doing this work thoroughly, and giving it the time to settle into how you live.
Sessions are online worldwide or in person in Ware. What you take on — the length, the pace and the cost — is agreed with you on the call rather than sold as a package, and payment can be spread. If cost is the only thing in the way, say so.
No package to choose. Just a conversation about what you need.
Book a discovery callFor some women, this work opens a door to something deeper still — a fuller exploration of sensuality, pleasure and reclaimed feminine power.
That territory asks for real trust, and it is offered by invitation only, to women already working with Jody who feel ready for it. It is never a starting point, and it is never something you will be steered towards.
If it is for you, you will know — and so will Jody.
This work is personal to her. Jody came to embodiment through her own healing — a breakdown, PTSD, and the long road back to feeling. She knows the numbness from the inside, and she knows what it takes to come out of it.
25+ years in health and wellbeing, degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Homeopathy, co-founder of the London Clinic of Nutrition, certified SOMA Breathwork instructor, with further training in women’s embodiment, trauma-informed practice and the meditative arts.

A free discovery call — no pressure, no script. Tell Jody what has brought you here, ask anything you want to ask, and find out whether this is right for you. It is also how places are given, so if the work is for you, you will know what is open and when.
